MY NAME
IS LUCAS
Which means “Light” in Ancient Greek.
Coincidence? Maybe. But light is also what moves me and fascinates me the most.
Photography, for me, is more than just capturing moments - it’s about chasing the perfect light, the raw emotions, the in-between glances that tell a story without words. It’s about feeling, not just seeing.
I’ve always been drawn to the sun. Long days, golden hours that stretch forever, that soft, cinematic glow before the night takes over.
Maybe that’s why I do what I do -because light shapes everything, just like it shapes the way we remember.
Truth is, it doesn’t take much to bring out my inner kid. Give me sun, wet sand, salty water, and a Fred Again album on repeat - and I’m exactly where I belong.
That same energy?
That’s what I bring to my photography.

WHERE I CAME FROM
I was born in a small town in the west of Portugal and although I am very young, I grew up without cell phones or tik toks.
It was in the street that I discovered my amusements and where I spent a large part of my childhood, whether chasing a ball, riding a bike or wrapped up in the sand making croquettes.
All these moments have had a huge influence on who I am and have made me appreciate the simple things more and more today.
WHERE I'M GOING
Traveling is one of my great passions.
I'm fascinated by new places, new smells and new tastes. Travel is where I discovered the best escape from routine and where I feel completely free.
WHO I'M GOING WITH
It would be a mistake to talk about me without mentioning someone who is accompanying me
on this beautiful "journey".
